Criminal Lawyer in New York City

Howard H. Weiswasser graduated from Cornell University in 1962 and from Brooklyn Law School in 1966. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1967, the Florida Bar in 1968, and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1974. In addition, he is a criminal lawyer who is allowed to appear for cases in the states of Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. He has also appeared in the Federal District Courts of Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
Attorney Weiswasser is a member of the Homicide Panel of the Second Judicial Department in Brooklyn, New York, and is death qualified.
